Job summary

PRS is seeking a Sales Engineer covering the Northwest region. The role involves selling Mechanical and Electrical maintenance and project services to prospective and existing clients, with field sales and site surveys as essential duties.

Based in the Northwest, you will map opportunities, prepare quotations, and drive growth across key accounts. The candidate should have strong consultative selling skills, field sales experience, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Outstanding consultative selling abilities with executive level customers.
• Previous Sales Engineer experience ideally within the M&E arena.
• Field based sales experience preferred.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Map and manage sales opportunities.
• Assist in preparing quotations for mechanical and electrical maintenance and projects.
• Drive growth with identified key accounts.
• Plan sales activities across geographical areas.
• Weekly face-to-face sales activities and site visits.
• Build relationships with new and existing client decision makers.
• Travel within North West and Midlands regions.
• Liaise with on-site Facility and Contract Managers and the operations team.
• "Door knocking" on position targets
