Job summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Engineer to cover the North West, with a preferred base in Greater Manchester. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days per week in the Central Manchester office during onboarding, reducing to 1 day per week thereafter.

You will promote our HVAC product portfolio, develop relationships with consultants, contractors, FM providers and end users, and drive opportunities from enquiry to order, balancing new business with existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial HVAC sales.
• Strong track record in solution or technically led HVAC sales.
• Good technical understanding of applied HVAC systems (chillers, heat pumps).
• Experience generating opportunities and managing orders >£1m turnover.

Responsibilities

• Promote HVAC solutions across the North West via consultants, contractors, FM providers and end users.
• Drive business development by opening doors and developing relationships.
• Manage opportunities from enquiry to quotation, negotiation and order placement.
