Job summary

LJ Recruitment seeks a Field Sales Consultant for an MSP client in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. Office-based with regional travel, you will drive new business, present IT/telecom solutions, and close deals while building long-term client relationships.

You'll have the option of a salary plus commission or a self-employed model at 45% of sales, with a flexible earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, ideally IT/telecoms/MSP
• Strong solution-selling skills to tailor offerings
• Proactive and self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to generate own leads when needed
• Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle for client visits

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and solution selling to potential clients.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate value of MSP solutions.
• Develop tailored IT and telecom solutions with the technical team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with telesales to ensure adequate leads and close deals.
• Manage your sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and progression.
• Meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth.
