Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Telford to engage customers in local communities. You will discuss broadband, mobile and TV packages in a face-to-face, target-driven role with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission.

You'll work a 37.5-hour week, typically 12pm–8pm, in your designated catchment. Full UK driving licence required; training and ongoing coaching provided to develop sales capability.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Confidence starting conversations with customers in person.
• Resilience, motivation and ability to work towards targets.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers door to door in your patch.
• Build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
• Understand customer needs and recommend broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Explain pricing, deals and benefits clearly.
• Manage workload from first conversation through to close.
• Take ownership of your results and earning potential.
