Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is hiring a Field Sales Advisor to cover local communities in a full-time, field-based role. You will introduce customers to broadband, mobile and TV services with a target-driven mindset and a focus on delivering great customer experiences.

The starting salary is £26,228 plus uncapped commission, with top earners reporting £50k–£70k. You’ll work in a designated catchment, in daytime/early evening shifts, and receive comprehensive induction and product training.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Confident in starting conversations and engaging customers face-to-face.
• Resilient, motivated and able to work towards targets.
• Flexible to work afternoon/evening shifts.
• Positive, self-driven approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door customer visits in your patch.
• Build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
• Understand customer needs and recommend broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Explain pricing, deals and benefits clearly to customers.
• Manage workload from initial contact to close and own your results.
