Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking a Field Sales Advisor to represent our broadband, mobile and TV services in local communities. You will work door-to-door in your patch, speak with customers, understand their needs and present the best value packages in a target-driven, full-time role with a two-week induction.

The role offers a starting salary of £26,228 with uncapped commission and potential to earn £50k–£70k. You should be comfortable with shifts, driving and working face-to-face; support includes

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Experience in sales or a target-driven environment is beneficial.
• Mindset matters most for this role.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers door to door in your allocated patch.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits and manage your workload from first conversation to close.
• Take ownership of results, targets and earning potential and work independently with coaching support.
