Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is hiring a Field Sales Advisor to cover local communities across the designated catchment area. This full-time, field-based role is 37.5 hours per week, with day-to-day door-to-door customer engagements, delivering broadband, mobile and TV solutions.

Starting salary is £26,228 plus uncapped commission, with top earners reaching £50k–£70k. You will build rapport, explain pricing, and work toward targets in an inclusive, supported environment.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence.
• Confidence starting conversations and working face to face with customers.
• Resilience, motivation and comfort working towards targets.
• Flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts
• A positive, self-driven approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers door to door and build rapport.
• Understand customer needs and recommend broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Explain pricing, deals and benefits clearly.
• Manage workload from first contact to close.
• Take ownership of results and earning potential.
