Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is recruiting a Field Sales Advisor to visit customers in local communities, discuss broadband, mobile and TV packages, and close deals face-to-face. You will work a 37.5-hour week in a catchment area with hybrid support and project-based training, earning a base salary plus uncapped commission.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a confident, target-driven approach, and flexibility for afternoon/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Confidence starting conversations with customers face to face.
• Resilient, motivated and able to work towards targets.
• Flexible to work afternoon and evening shifts.
• Positive, self-driven approach to work.
• Previous sales experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door customer visits in assigned patch.
• Build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
• Understand customer needs and recommend packages.
• Explain pricing, deals and benefits clearly.
• Manage workload from first conversation to close.
• Take ownership of results and earnings potential.
