Job summary

Otis is recruiting a Field Sales Recapture Specialist to cover the Southeast region of England. The role focuses on winning new maintenance contracts through developing a customer prospect pipeline.

You will develop a sales strategy, use Otis' tools to track opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and work with field colleagues to grow our footprint in the Dartford area and across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Degree educated, or equivalent to, with experience within a field sales based position.
• Experienced with tender design and alterations to reflect the customers needs and wants.
• Customer focused approach to sales, with experience in working with your customers to build a long standing partnership.
• Market mapping, worked with and on various tools to map out your market to ensure you're spending your time talking to the right people.

• Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
• Use Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results

What you will need to be successful:
