Job summary

Valoris Group is seeking an experienced Field Renewable Energy Sales Consultant to cover Surrey, Hampshire and surrounding areas. The role is field-based with reporting location in Farnham, Surrey, offering a base salary and uncapped commissions.

You will attend pre-arranged homeowner appointments, present energy solutions, discuss installation costs and grants, and secure sales with strong conversion. A robust training program supports you as you grow in the expanding renewable heating sector.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in field sales or in-home sales.
• Proven track record converting warm, pre-qualified appointments.
• Comfortable selling higher-value products to residential customers.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Professional, consultative approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-arranged appointments with homeowners.
• Deliver professional in-home sales presentations.
• Explain how the energy solution benefits the customer and discuss costs.
• Provide quotations and explain the proposed package.
• Follow up appointments and progress opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer data in the CRM.
