Valoris Group is expanding its solar sales team and recruiting for a growing renewable energy business in the North West. You will attend pre-qualified appointments and meet customers at their homes to advise on Solar PV and battery storage systems.

This is primarily a closing role, with high‑intent appointments provided and an opportunity to secure a strong commission-based package. A field-based, full-time role offers flexibility and earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field or in-home sales at residential sites.
• Ability to present pricing and ROI for solar solutions.
• Proven closing skills and ability to overcome objections.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-qualified customer appointments.
• Explain Solar PV and battery storage options.
• Produce quotations and customer proposals.
• Convert appointments into completed sales.
• Follow up outstanding quotations and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with design and installation teams.
