Job summary

Vertage Inc. is seeking a Business Partner to support a major client in facilities management and construction. This role is client-facing, connecting the client, internal delivery teams, and external supply partners.

You will triage vacancies, manage supply chain and governance, and provide market insights to guide recruitment strategies. The role involves UK travel and hybrid work from an office near you.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP or contingent workforce recruitment.
• Ability to build trust and challenge at all levels.
• Solutions-focused mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Triaging vacancies to internal teams and monitoring life cycle.
• Managing supply chain and external partners, briefing and monitoring performance.
• Provide recruitment guidance and market insight to hiring managers and clients.
• Engage clients and candidates throughout the process.
• Ensure governance and compliance requirements are met.
• Prepare accurate management information for clients.
• Represent the team in stakeholder meetings and workshops across the UK.
• Collaborate with sourcing and talent teams to deliver quality shortlists, offers and onboarding.
• Support a small team and cover for colleagues as needed.
• Work in a hybrid model with travel to client sites across the UK.
