Job summary

Vertage Inc. is seeking a proactive Talent Resourcing Partner to support a major UK programme, linking clients, candidates and suppliers to ensure timely talent supply across multiple locations.

Based in the UK Southwest with regular travel to client sites, the role involves high-volume fulfilment, building stakeholder relationships, and on-site client visits. You will work a 37.5-hour rota with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing services sector recruitment is desirable.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple locations.
• Comfortable presenting to clients and candidates, and handling stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage fulfilment of high-volume recruitment across multiple locations.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Conduct regular onsite client visits in the Southwest area to understand workforce needs.
• Partner with sourcing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates and our contingent workforce and update availability.
• Monitor fulfilment activity, pipelines and workforce availability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain service levels.
• Support seasonal recruitment campaigns and peak periods.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and service delivery.
• Work 37.5 hours on a rota (8–5 or 9–6).

We're looking for a proactive and customer focused Talent Resourcing Partner to join our established team supporting one of our largest programmes across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves solving problems. The role supports a major client account with recruitment fulfilment across multiple locations.

What you’ll be doing

As a Talent Resourcing Partner, you'll act as the key link between clients, candidates, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring the right talent is supplied at the right time.

• Manage the fulfilment of high-volume recruitment fulfilment across multiple locations

• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
• Conduct regular onsite client visits in the Southwest area (likely to be at least 25% of role) to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities
• Partner with sourcing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment journey
• Regular contact with candidates and our contingent workforce, updating availability and managing performance
• Monitor fulfilment activity, talent pipelines and workforce availability
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure service levels are achieved
• Support seasonal recruitment campaigns and peak trading periods
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
• 37.5 hours working a team rota 8-5 and 9-6

Who we're looking for

We're open-minded on your experience, with staffing services sector recruitment experience desirable especially if you have managed a temporary desk and/or have a MSP background. What matters most is attitude, resilience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

• A willingness to travel (expenses paid) to onsite meetings in South-West and Londonat times
• Comfortable in front of clients, candidates and over the telephone
• Good IT skills
• Whilst not essential experience within agency, internal recruitment, talent acquisition, MSP or staffing services sector account management would be beneficial
