Job summary

Serco Group is seeking a general maintenance operative to provide maintenance services across a designated property portfolio. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, you will perform general maintenance tasks, report faults, and ensure properties are compliant and fit for purpose.

You will need a valid UK driving licence and be able to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK. The role involves day-to-day site work with standard health and safety practices in place.

Qualifications

• General DIY experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK (a valid UK driver’s licence is essential).

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance services to designated properties.
• Report faults using the AORA IT system to ensure faults are reported and closed for the property portfolio.
• Ensure all properties are compliant and fit for purpose when completing tasks.
