Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to conduct field inspections, inventories, and tenancy appointments.

You will work independently while supported by an experienced team, travelling to Sheffield and surrounding locations to protect landlord assets and ensure compliant, well-managed properties. The role requires a valid Full UK Driving Licence and experience in property or inspections; ARLA Propertymark qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Experience in property, lettings, inventory or inspections or transferable field-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property visits and prepare detailed visit reports.
• Carry out inventories and check-ins to support tenancy starts.
• Perform check-out inspections and deposit support with evidence-based reporting.
• Escalate high-risk issues and coordinate with Property Managers.
• Provide professional customer service to landlords and tenants.
