Job summary

Spicerhaart is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to conduct external property inspections, inventories and tenancy appointments across a wide geographic area. You will work independently with support from a seasoned team to protect landlord assets and ensure compliant, well-managed properties.

The role involves visiting multiple locations, reporting findings promptly, and contributing to revenue through chargeable external services.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Experience in property, lettings, inventory or inspections.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property visits and inventories in line with policy.
• Prepare detailed visit and inventory reports.
• Identify maintenance issues and compliance risks.
• Support deposits and tenancy lifecycle processes.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants professionally.
