Job summary

Spicerhaart is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to carry out inspections, inventories and tenancy appointments, supporting landlords, tenants and the wider business. Based in the UK, the role covers Sheffield and other locations, with travel as required.

You will report findings, produce reports, and help manage the tenancy lifecycle while ensuring compliance and safe, well-managed properties.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required (manual).
• Experience in property, lettings, inventory or inspections.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform property visits and inventories in line with policy.
• Prepare detailed visit reports with photos and notes.
• Conduct check-ins, check-outs and deposit-related reporting.
• Identify risks, compliance issues and maintenance needs.
