Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to perform field-based inspections, inventories, check-ins and check-outs across the tenancy lifecycle in Leicester and surrounding areas.

You will work independently with an experienced team, producing accurate reports, identifying risks, and supporting compliance while delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required to operate company car.
• Experience in property, lettings, inventory or inspections.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property visits in line with policy and compliance.
• Create detailed visit reports and upload to company systems.
• Identify maintenance issues, compliance risks and tenancy breaches.
• Perform inventories, check-ins and check-outs with documentation.
• Provide professional service to landlords and tenants and escalate issues.
