Job summary

haart is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to conduct field inspections, inventories and tenancy appointments across Cambridge. You will work independently, supported by a skilled team, ensuring compliance and safe, well-managed properties.

The role focuses on external property management across the tenancy lifecycle, reporting findings, escalating risks and driving revenue through chargeable services. A valid UK driving licence and ARLA qualification are desirable.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in property, lettings, inventory or inspections or transferable field-based experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property visits and inspections across Cambridge and other locations as needed.
• Complete inventories, check-ins and check-outs with accurate documentation and photos.
• Support deposit protection processes and generate evidence-based reports.
• Escalate urgent or high-risk issues to Property Managers and maintain timely, accurate records.
• Provide professional customer service to landlords and tenants and represent the company positively.
