Job summary

HomeServe is seeking a Plumbing Engineer in Cambridge to diagnose and fix plumbing issues and complete 1st/2nd fix work in domestic properties. The role involves managing jobs independently while delivering outstanding customer service in customers' homes.

You will work around 40 hours per week, with evenings, weekends and bank holidays included. A Level 2 plumbing qualification and a full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Level 2 plumbing qualification and experience with 1st/2nd fix.
• Domestic property experience and full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving orientation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix plumbing issues such as leaks, faults and damaged pipework.
• Complete 1st and 2nd fix work in domestic properties.
• Repair and maintain household plumbing systems.
• Manage jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Represent HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism.
