Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
With the rapidly changing environment and all of the complexities this brings, working as an FPM will provide you with a wealth of different activities to sink your teeth into.
As a Field Performance Manager within our Waste Water team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operation and maintenance of all assets within a specific geographical area.
You will primarily focus on the efficiency, productivity, standards, and quality to ensure compliance, serviceability, and optimization of treatment assets by leading a team of skilled operators and collaborating with teams from different departments, including peers, SMT, MEICA, and Process Scientists. Working alongside external partners and stakeholders and maintaining positive working relationships will be key to your success in this role.

You will need to inspire and motivate your team, understanding and nurturing their individual differences to build a strong team environment.
