A leading water utility company is looking for a Field Performance Manager to oversee operations in the WasteWater team. Salary: Up to £51,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience
Working as a Field Performance Manager within our WasteWater team offers a dynamic role with diverse activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and cost-efficient operation and maintenance of assets within a specific geographic area. Your focus will be on efficiency, productivity, standards, and quality, leading a team of skilled operators and collaborating with various departments, including peers, SMT, MEICA, and Process Scientists. Building strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders will be key to your success.

Given the environmental impact of our operations, you will be tasked with driving improvements and implementing changes for the betterment of customers and the environment. Inspiring and motivating your team, understanding individual differences, and fostering a strong team environment are essential qualities for this role.
There are many fulfilling aspects to this role, but it also requires a sense of responsibility. You should be prepared to respond to incidents at short notice as part of a rota, ensuring continuous service delivery.
Water process knowledge is desirable; experience in chemistry or process industries is advantageous. You should be methodical, motivational, and capable of managing a remote team, with strong leadership skills. The ability to work under pressure and handle conflicting priorities is crucial in this empowering position.
