Salary Range: £43,500 - £61,400 *Dependent on skills & experience*
We are recruiting an Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA) Field Performance Manager to be responsible and accountable for the safe, compliant operation and maintenance of all ICA assets and the health and safety of technicians within a specific geographical area for the wastewater function. Your responsibilities will also include efficiency, productivity, standards and quality to ensure compliance, serviceability and effectiveness within the wastewater function.
You will lead, manage and develop a team of approximately 20 team members and the associated performance, resources and budgets with a key focus on succession planning. The role has a focus of 25% people management and 75% operational management.
