National Grid Electricity Distribution is seeking a Team Leader for the Alfreton depot, covering the Chesterfield & Mansfield area. You will lead a group of Craft staff, supervise safety, schedule work and drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, driving performance and handling escalations with internal and external stakeholders. A strong communicator who can build client relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing teams and driving performance.
• Experience as point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Solid understanding of health and safety legislation and practical risk awareness.
