• Lead a group of Craft staff across a region.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Coordinate programmes of work and scheduling.
• Drive team productivity and monitor performance one-to-one.
• Maintain a full schedule of work for the team.
• Ensure training and authorisations for safe, productive work.
