Job summary

BDR Thermea Group is seeking a Field Engineer Planner in Warwick for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on optimising the field engineer workforce, ensuring SLA adherence and premium customer experience, with rotating shifts and weekend availability as described.

You will be the first point of contact for engineers and field managers, driving proactive planning, parts ordering, and jeopardy management in a fast-paced service operation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Scheduling and Planning applications/systems.
• Ability to remain solution-focused and handle issues as they arise.
• Demonstrates a can-do attitude and willingness to support tasks and people.

Responsibilities

• Be proactive in Same Day planning to maximise engineers’ shifts and service levels.
• Export engineer workloads to improve utilisation and minimise travel.
• Create additional visits and order parts, keeping customers informed of costs.
• Collaborate with Field Team Managers to ensure workloads support first-time fixes.
