Job summary

Medivet invites an experienced Operations Support Manager to be a trusted partner for our veterinary clinics. You will support Partners and Lead Vets, coordinate recruitment, onboarding, rotas and resource planning while ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards across the network.

In this field-based role, you will visit clinics regularly, resolve operational challenges, manage payroll processes and oversee facilities.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths are essential.
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities are required.
• Excellent communication with Partners, Lead Vets and networks teams is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Visit clinics fortnightly as the primary contact for operational queries.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding across clinics.
• Plan rotas 6 months in advance and arrange locum cover as needed.
• Oversee payroll submissions and timesheet approvals.
• Manage maintenance, facilities and compliance across assigned clinics.
