Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, field management or multi-site coordination.
• Experience in veterinary or healthcare sectors preferred.
• Strong planning, recruitment coordination and onboarding experience.
• Proficient with Workday, D365, Excel and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit clinics fortnightly to support Partners and Lead Vets.
• Coordinate recruitment requests and onboarding activities.
• Maintain rotas 6 months in advance and arrange locum cover.
• Oversee compliance, safety, and maintenance across clinics.
• Manage invoices, stock and inventory per Medivet guidelines.
