Job summary

Medivet Group is seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to partner with veterinary clinics, Partners and Lead Vets, ensuring smooth, efficient operations across the network.

You will support recruitment and onboarding, rota creation, and resource planning, while overseeing compliance, facilities and financial processes to maintain high service levels for teams, clients and patients.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are essential.
• Full UK driving licence required for field-based travel.
• Experience in multi-site operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Visit clinics regularly to support Partners and Lead Vets.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Plan rotas 6 months in advance and manage cover.
• Oversee facilities, maintenance and compliance tasks.
• Support payroll, invoices and stock processes.
