Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience managing teams and multiple projects.
• Ability to build customer and employee relationships.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Experience in cleaning, facilities management, grounds maintenance, or related industry desirable.
• Full driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tools, equipment and vehicle fleet.
• Coordinate daily job schedules and workforce allocation.
• Ensure timely completion and sign-off of jobs.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers and team.
• Oversee operations across window cleaning, power washing, cherry picker operations.
• Promote continuous improvement and health and safety practices.
• Monitor performance and staff development.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
