You will gather meter readings, investigate billing queries and communicate confidently with customers. The role is outdoor, involves working in all weather, and requires a full UK driving licence.

Set shifts, no weekends, and a supportive team environment. You will join a remote-based field team, thrive in a target-driven setting, and contribute to service accuracy while learning

• Capable of speaking confidently to customers and guiding them on technical issues.
• Ability to prioritise and resolve work in a target-driven environment.
• Comfort with outdoor, weather-exposed work and site-based tasks.
