Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Customer Side Leakage Technician in the Thetford/Newmarket area. You will carry out leak detection, respond to field requests, and progress enforcement with a fully equipped van and training provided.

This is a proactive, field-based role requiring travel within the water network, with training toward NRSWA accreditation and LTO training. You will join a team that values hands-on problem solving, strong communication, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with leak detection and field-based diagnostics is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out leak detection activities across customer-side pipes.
• Respond to jobs raised by Leakage Field Technicians and progress cases.
• Use specialist leak-detection equipment and travel within the network areas.
• Support planned maintenance and be first on scene for investigations.
