Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. in Wisbech (King's Lynn area) is looking for a Customer Side Leakage Technician to join our integrated maintenance team.

You will carry out leak detection activities with a fully equipped van and training provided, helping protect our water supply and support customers. You'll respond to jobs from Leakage Field Technicians, travel to network areas to locate leaks, and assist with planned maintenance.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, hardworking and ambitious with a real desire to drive your career forward.
• Excellent customer service skills and good IT skills (tablets/phones).
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a full range of leak detection activities while providing a first-class service to customers.
• Respond to jobs raised by Leakage Field Technicians and travel to areas within the water network to assist with leaks.
• Support planned maintenance and undertake investigations on customer side leaks; train toward NRSWA and LTO.
