Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Customer Side Leakage Technician in Wisbech to carry out leak detection on customer supply pipes. You will work from a company van, responding to tasks raised by Leakage Field Technicians and travel within the water network areas to support customers and progress enforcement where needed.

You will receive comprehensive training, have hands-on exposure to leak detection equipment, and work toward gaining accreditation such as NRSWA and LTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in leak detection operations is advantageous but not required
• Strong customer service mindset with clear communication
• Able to use IT devices (tablets, smartphones)
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform leak detection activities on customer side leaks
• Respond to jobs raised by Leakage Field Technicians
• Work from a fully equipped van and travel within the network areas
• Receive training and shadow colleagues to gain skills
