Anglian Water Services is recruiting a Customer Side Leakage Technician for a field-based role supported by a company van. You will respond to leakage jobs, perform leak detection on customer supply pipes, and work to progress enforcement with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in leak detection and customer service is valued.
• Willing to learn and adapt with on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full range of leak detection activities for customer-side leaks.
• Respond to jobs raised by Leakage Field Technicians and visit affected areas.
• Provide first-class service to customers and support planned maintenance.
• Be trained to use specialist leak-detection equipment and develop skills.
