Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Customer Side Leakage Technician in the Wisbech/Kings Lynn area. You will carry out leak detection activities, respond to jobs from Leakage Field Technicians, and travel to areas within the water network to assist customers and progress enforcement.

The role is field-based with hands-on training, progressing to NRSWA accreditation and LTO training, supported by a full training plan and company vehicle. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to learn leak detection and service customers effectively.
• Ability to use tablets/smartphones and IT devices for reporting and updates.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out leak detection activities and respond to jobs raised by Leakage Field Technicians.
• Provide first-class service to customers while travelling to areas within the water network.
• Support planned maintenance and undertake investigations on customer side leaks; training will be provided.
