Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions is seeking an LCMS/MALDI Technical Sales Specialist to drive revenue in the Central West of England. The role combines technical sales with in-depth mass spectrometry knowledge to tailor solutions and support customers.

The candidate will lead demonstrations, develop business plans with internal teams, and maintain strong customer relationships while traveling regularly within the territory.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.
• Proven technical knowledge and experience in LC-MS systems and mass spectrometry.
• Experience in solution selling and technical customer support.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling LC-MS/MS, HRMS and MALDI solutions.
• Lead technical/commercial discussions to assess customer needs and close sales.
• Collaborate with service, product specialists and marketing to deliver demonstrations and plans.
• Prepare technical proposals, reports and demonstrations to show value and differentiate from competitors.
• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure optimal instrument use and long-term relationships.
