Job summary

Sales Recruit UK presents a field-based Key Account Manager role covering Glasgow and the West of Scotland. You will visit retail and trade partner accounts, ensuring they have product knowledge, support, and a reason to engage with the brand.

You’ll manage your patch autonomously, building trust and delivering results. A genuine, people-centric culture supports you with ongoing training and HR backing.

Qualifications

• You're a natural relationship builder with the ability to win over accounts.
• You may come from managing accounts through trade wholesalers, distribution channels, or directly in retail.
• You are organized, self-motivated, able to manage your own diary and territory without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Visit your accounts regularly across Glasgow & the West of Scotland to build genuine rapport and ensure product knowledge and support.
• Manage your territory autonomously and implement your own approach to growing the patch.
• Work with retail and trade partner accounts to represent the brand and drive sales without negotiating terms.
