Job summary

AvantiGas is seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our UK IT team, supporting colleagues across AvantiGas and KosanGas. You will be the first point of contact, resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and keep systems running smoothly to meet SLAs.

Based at our Chesterfield head office, you will work with a small UK-based team and Danish colleagues, travel to depots in the UK, and contribute to IT projects through ServiceNow, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 support.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT support role.
• Familiarity with Windows, AD, Group Policy and Office 365.
• Azure experience desirable but not essential.
• Experience with hardware imaging and deployments is a plus.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT queries via phone and helpdesk.
• Use ServiceNow to log and track requests and SLAs.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Set up and maintain laptops, mobile devices and IT hardware.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, Windows, and related business apps.
