dbfb is seeking an IT Project Engineer to design and deliver IT and networking projects for our business clients on site in the Northampton area. You will work with the Head of Engineering and presales to provide robust technical solutions across our customer base.

The role emphasizes field delivery, documentation, and effective customer engagement, with a focus on cloud and networking technologies and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• Full valid UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IT and networking projects for clients.
• Collaborate with Head of Engineering and presales to implement technical solutions.
• Act as primary escalation point for 3rd line support and ensure smooth project execution.
• Onboard new technologies and document deployment processes.
