Job summary

Infinity Group UK is recruiting an IT Field Service Engineer to implement, upgrade, and maintain client IT environments. You will deploy on-site infrastructure, cloud-based Microsoft solutions, and resolve complex technical challenges to ensure customers operate securely and efficiently.

You will work across Tunbridge Wells and client sites, delivering high-quality service, and collaborating with a skilled delivery team to maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft cloud solutions
• Strong knowledge of modern Microsoft 365 security
• Experience in on-site and remote support scenarios

Responsibilities

• Implement, upgrade and maintain IT infrastructure for clients
• Deliver onsite infrastructure projects and cloud-based solutions
• Resolve complex technical issues with clear ownership
• Document work and ensure compliant delivery
• Mentor junior teammates and share best practices
