Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology projects.
• Strong governance, planning, risk and budget skills.
• Experience coordinating IT/OT and field operations stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and supplier management.
• Experience delivering national field device deployment programmes.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, APM or MSP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a national field laptop deployment programme.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
• Support initiatives focused on improving collection, processing, and utilisation of dynamic field data.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and delivery partners.
• Establish and track project success metrics and operational benefits.
• Ensure governance, QA and change management processes are in place.
