Wickes is seeking a Field Installation Manager to lead our network of Approved Installers across a defined area. You will maximise profitability, uphold service standards, and manage subcontractors to meet installation targets while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A degree is preferred but not essential.
• Strong leadership and people management skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of installers and drive high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure installer SLAs are met and network coverage aligns with volume and sales targets.
• Negotiate cost controls and ensure legal and safety compliance across the network.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and drive installation quality through site visits.
