Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited is seeking a Contracts Field Installation Manager to lead installation services across the Crawley area, coordinating subcontracted fitters to deliver projects on time and to high-quality standards.

You will recruit and onboard installers, run pre-start and sign-off meetings, monitor onsite KPIs, and help shape processes and SOPs to improve the customer experience within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience managing onsite installations with subcontractors.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
• CSCS card or SSSTS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation services across the Crawley area with subcontracted fitters.
• Recruit and onboard installers to support customer requirements.
• Coordinate installation teams to meet targets and deliver quality service.
