Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited is seeking a Contracts Field Installation Manager to lead and manage installation services across the Dartford area. You will work closely with subcontracted fitters to ensure projects are delivered to high-quality standards, within agreed timescales, and against KPIs.

You will recruit installers, coordinate teams, monitor performance, and lead pre-start, pre-fit, and sign-off meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing onsite installations and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Creative approach to supporting strategic tenders.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a Contracts Field Installation Manager, you will lead and manage installation services across the Dartford area, working closely with subcontracted fitters to ensure projects are delivered to high-quality standards, within agreed timescales, and against key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard installers to support new customer requirements
• Coordinate installation teams to deliver quality service and meet targets
• Monitor and achieve onsite KPIs and performance standards
• Lead pre-start, pre-fit, and sign-off meetings across projects
• Identify and implement improvements to installation processes
• Complete relevant administrative tasks and reporting
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop the installation team

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System
