Wren Kitchens Limited is recruiting for a Contracts Field Installation Manager to lead installation services across the Crawley area. You will manage subcontractors, recruit installers, and ensure projects meet quality standards, timescales, and KPIs.

The role emphasizes organising installation teams, leading meetings, and driving process improvements to support fast growth and first-class customer experiences within a leading UK kitchen retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience managing onsite installations and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Creative approach with the ability to support strategic tenders.
• Valid CSCS card or SSSTS certification required.

About The Role

As a Contracts Field Installation Manager, you will lead and manage installation services across the Crawley area, working closely with subcontracted fitters to ensure projects are delivered to high-quality standards, within agreed timescales, and against key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard installers to support new customer requirements
• Coordinate installation teams to deliver quality service and meet targets
• Monitor and achieve onsite KPIs and performance standards
• Lead pre-start, pre-fit, and sign-off meetings across projects
• Identify and implement improvements to installation processes
• Complete relevant administrative tasks and reporting
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop the installation team

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System
