Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited is seeking a Contracts Field Installation Manager to lead installation services across the Crawley area, coordinating subcontracted fitters to deliver projects on time and to high-quality standards.

You will recruit and onboard installers, run pre-start and sign-off meetings, monitor onsite KPIs, and help shape processes and SOPs to improve the customer experience within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience managing onsite installations with subcontractors.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
• CSCS card or SSSTS certification required.

About The Role

As a Contracts Field Installation Manager, you will lead and manage installation services across the Crawley area, working closely with subcontracted fitters to ensure projects are delivered to high-quality standards, within agreed timescales, and against key performance targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard installers to support new customer requirements
• Coordinate installation teams to deliver quality service and meet targets
• Monitor and achieve onsite KPIs and performance standards
• Lead pre-start, pre-fit, and sign-off meetings across projects
• Identify and implement improvements to installation processes
• Complete relevant administrative tasks and reporting
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop the installation team
