Wren Kitchens Limited is seeking a Contracts Field Installation Manager to lead installation services across the Dundee area. You will coordinate subcontractors, recruit installers, and ensure delivery within timescales while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

The role focuses on team leadership, process improvements, and KPI achievement, with opportunities to grow the installation team and influence customer solutions in a fast-growing kitchen and bedroom retailer.

About The Role

As a Contracts Field Installation Manager, you will lead and manage installation services across the Dundee area, working closely with subcontracted fitters to ensure projects are delivered to high-quality standards, within agreed timescales, and against key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard installers to support new customer requirements
• Coordinate installation teams to deliver quality service and meet targets
• Monitor and achieve onsite KPIs and performance standards
• Lead pre-start, pre-fit, and sign-off meetings across projects
• Identify and implement improvements to installation processes
• Complete relevant administrative tasks and reporting
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop the installation team

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System
