We are looking for a Field Implementation Consultant to join our team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for providing on-site service and technical assistance for our Point of Sale products for our Hospitality industry including restaurants, hotels and bars. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth go-live process, set our strategic customers up for success, representing Lightspeed in the UK, leveraging the social nature of the industry to help promote our product and grow our customer base by delivering exceptional service to each and every customer you interact with. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of interesting projects focused on innovating and improving our processes to ensure a best in class experience and success for our customers. Our customers’ success is our success.
