Description: As a Human Resources (HR) Business Advisor, you will work within the UK & Ireland Business Advisory Centre, engaging with stakeholders and clients to provide HR advice on people issues, culture change, and global HR processes. Your role involves collaborating with HR functions to deliver high-quality services, contributing to performance improvement projects, and implementing best practices.

Your key responsibilities
  • Partner with the business and HR teams to implement HR initiatives and advise on people topics.
  • Manage change initiatives, restructuring, and diversity projects.
  • Support performance management activities, including reviews and feedback.
  • Handle employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Participate in year-end compensation processes, including pay reviews and analysis.
Your skills and experience
  • Extensive HR experience, capable of partnering and providing solutions during organizational change.
  • Experience in complex, matrix organizations and talent development within HR.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
  • Experience managing employee relations, restructuring, and redundancy cases.
  • Strong process orientation and ability to prioritize in high-pressure environments.
